Lost or Damaged Packages
After your package has been sent off for delivery, any handling of packages will be in the hands of the mailing service, which is out of our control. If your package is lost, please contact the mailing service first. Afterwords, contact us about the situation, and we will try to compensate for your order if the issue is not resolved. You will have to pay for shipping for re-mailed orders.
Returns and Refunds
There will be no returns since all shipments are final, but we can try to compensate you. If your order has been lost, you may contact us about getting a refund.
Tracking
All orders will have tracking included in the shipping fees.
Packaging
Orders will be packaged in bubble mailers with prints and sticker sheets being supported by cardboard.
Delivery Time
Packaging and shipping may take 1-2 weeks. Please note that if you buy a pre-order item, your package will take longer to be sent out. If there is a delay, we will notify you ASAP :)
Pre-Orders
Some products will only be available as pre-orders. After a pre-order cycle is closed (after 2-4 weeks), the products can take 1-3 months to go through production and get shipped. Pre-orders and regular orders will be shipped in the same package when the pre-ordered products arrive.
Please note that some products will be labeled as [PREORDER] if we do not have the items in stock at the time but are currently in production, so they may arrive earlier than the expected pre-order time.
